Attention coaches! Please use the form below to submit your team's sweatshirt sizes for this year's competition. Please keep in mind that we will do our best to accommodate all of your sizes however they are not always guaranteed.
Please submit a form for every team you are registering. For example: If you are registering for Traditional & Game Day, that will require two form submissions.
Forms may only be filled out by coaches. Registered participants only, please! All submissions must be submitted by no later than November 1st.
