Frequently Asked Questions

Register your team by completing our online registration form. We offer separate forms for School/Recreation Teams and All-Star Teams, so be sure to select the correct one. Simply complete the form, select your division(s), and submit your registration. Once it's received, we'll email you a confirmation along with your registration invoice.

Our divisions are carefully developed based on participation and competitive balance. If your team doesn't fit into one of our current divisions, it may be because there hasn't yet been enough participation to support that division.If you believe your team falls into a unique situation or have questions about which division is the best fit, please contact us. We're happy to review your circumstances and help determine the most appropriate option whenever possible.We're always looking for opportunities to expand our divisions. If you know of other teams that would be interested in competing in the same division, we'd love to hear from you. In some cases, we may be able to grow a new division and even offer a referral incentive for helping bring additional teams to the championship.

Registration fees must be paid by check only. Please make checks payable to PSCC or Pennsylvania State Cheerleading Championships. Please mail your check to: 857 E. McMurray Rd. Venetia, PA 15367 Due by November 9th.

Payment is due after you complete your registration. We understand that some schools and organizations require additional time to process checks, so we offer some flexibility. However, all registration payments must be received by November 9th in order for your team to participate in the championship.

Yes. Roster updates may be made prior to the schedule release deadline on November 5th. Please contact us if you need to make changes after submitting your registration.

If your team needs to withdraw, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update our event schedule.

Teams that withdraw on or before November 9th are eligible for a full refund of their registration fee. Teams that withdraw after November 9th are not eligible for a refund; however, their registration fee will be credited toward the following year's Pennsylvania State Cheerleading Championships.
