How do I register my team?

Register your team by completing our online registration form. We offer separate forms for School/Recreation Teams and All-Star Teams, so be sure to select the correct one. Simply complete the form, select your division(s), and submit your registration. Once it's received, we'll email you a confirmation along with your registration invoice.

How do I pay my registration fee?

Registration fees are payable by check only. Payment instructions will be included with the invoice you receive after submitting your registration. When is payment due?

Payment is due following registration, but we understand that schools and organizations may need time to process checks. We are happy to provide some flexibility; however, November 9 is the final deadline to send payment in order to participate in the competition.

Yes. If you need to make changes to your roster after submitting your registration, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your team's information.

How do I know my registration is confirmed?

Once we receive your completed registration form, we'll send you a confirmation email along with your invoice. Your spot is secured once payment is received.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are available for withdrawals made before November 9. After November 9, registration fees are non-refundable; however, the amount paid will be held as a credit toward the following year's Pennsylvania State Cheerleading Championships.

What if my division isn't listed?

Accepted Answer

If your division isn't listed, it generally means we haven't had enough demand to create that division. However, we'd love to have your help building it! Please contact us to discuss your team's circumstances. If you know of other teams that fit the same division and would be interested in attending the competition, let us know. We may be able to work with you on expanding our divisions and potentially offer a referral opportunity for helping bring additional teams to the championship.
